I took this drug together with Vitex to improve women's health. In the second half of my cycle, the breast pain stopped, and the result was instant. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I highly recommend it.

An excellent antioxidant! I ordered Now Foods green tea extract to use with other drugs like Indole-3-Carbinol and Omega 3 for mastopathy and endometriosis treatment. After three months, I've noticed a significant decrease in chest pains, and my menstruation is now much less painful. I take one capsule in the morning with meals.
